Standards & Practices HROA Deliverables
The Standards & Practices Committee has finalized and published the HROA Recommended Practice for Service Level Agreements and new HROA Emerging Practice for Account Management Scorecards in early 2011 after extensive work on it in 2010. SLAs are a key aspect of every HR outsourcing agreement, whether for multiple processes or only one.
In 2008, the HROA Standards & Practices Committee published its HROA Recommended Practice for Service Level Agreements Measurements & Metrics. As the industry has matured, the committee convened a working group of buyers, service providers and industry advisors to develop the next generation of SLA guidance. Having completed a rigorous analysis and peer review, in compliance with the HROA’s process for setting standards and practices, the HROA Standards & Practices Committee was pleased to release recommended practices which can be found here.
In 2010, the HROA Standards & Practices Committee presented the first in its new series of Industry Practices Point of View Papers. These papers, collaborated on by two or more HROA member organizations, are designed to provide insight and practical advice related to a given industry practice. Our first paper, co-authored by Aon Hewitt and TPI, looks at the growing trend towards HR self-service and how to best incorporate this into a multi-channel HR delivery model. In 2012, the Committee will focus on the creation of a new certification program as well as the publishing of point of view papers.
